Infinite Revenue Medical Billing was founded by Sherry Sanford, who spent nearly 25 years working on both the provider and payer sides of the healthcare industry before launching her own company. That dual perspective, understanding how both practices and insurers operate, is what shapes everything the team does today.
The company was built without advertising, without paid leads, and without shortcuts. Every client came through a referral or a Google search, and every relationship was earned through consistent, transparent, hands-on work. Today, that is still how the business grows.
The team is small by design. Every person who joins Infinite Revenue Medical Billing brings deep expertise and a shared commitment to doing the work right. Clients are not passed around. They have a named team that knows their practice, their payers, and their history, and they can reach that team directly.
Infinite Revenue Medical Billing is also a registered apprenticeship company, reflecting a commitment to developing the next generation of billing professionals with the same standard of excellence the company was built on.

Sherry Sanford
Owner & Founder
Sherry Sanford founded Infinite Revenue Medical Billing with more than 25 years of combined experience on both the provider and insurance payer sides of the healthcare industry. She holds degrees in Health Insurance Claims Management and Health Care Administration from Davenport University and brings deep expertise in medical billing, claims processing, credentialing, coding workflows, compliance, and revenue cycle management. Her payer-side background gives her company a unique ability to anticipate how insurers think, identify missed revenue, and resolve issues before they become costly. Outside of work, Sherry enjoys spending time with family and friends, and is passionate about traveling to new places.
Christine Carpenter
Operations Manager, CMRS
Christine Carpenter oversees operations at Infinite Revenue Medical Billing, working closely with healthcare practices to improve revenue, streamline processes, strengthen front-office operations, and maximize financial performance. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and brings 20 years of customer service experience alongside her Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist credential. Christine is passionate about helping healthcare organizations operate more efficiently, so providers can focus on delivering quality patient care. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of two and enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her family.
Lauren Brinkman
Medical Billing Specialist I, CMRS
Lauren Brinkman brings 12 years of healthcare experience to her role at Infinite Revenue Medical Billing, having transitioned from the clinical side of healthcare to the billing and reimbursement side. She holds her Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist credential and applies the same attention to detail and care in billing that she learned working directly in patient care settings. Outside of work, Lauren is a proud wife and mother of four who loves traveling, creating memories with her family, and cheering on her favorite Detroit sports teams.
Cindy Teague
Insurance Aged Receivables Specialist II
Cindy Teague brings more than 30 years of experience in healthcare billing, accounts receivable, and administrative support to her role at Infinite Revenue Medical Billing. She specializes in insurance aged receivables and brings a level of depth and persistence to A/R management that comes from decades of working the most complex and time-sensitive accounts. Originally from the South, Cindy now calls Michigan home full-time. Outside of work she enjoys life on the water, gardening, campfire evenings, and spending quality time with her two daughters and two grandsons.
Krysten Little
Data Integrity Specialist
Krysten Little brings a natural curiosity for the medical field and years of front office experience to her role as Data Integrity Specialist at Infinite Revenue Medical Billing. She found a passion for billing after working in medical front offices and brings a thorough, detail-oriented approach to ensuring the accuracy of data across every account. Outside of work, Krysten is a wife and mother of four who values family time above everything else.
