Privacy Policy
What this website collects, why, and what happens to it afterwards. The short version: we keep what you send us through the contact form, we count which pages get read, and we sell none of it.
Who we are
Infinite Revenue Medical Billing is a medical billing and revenue cycle management company based in Linden, Michigan, working with practices nationwide. This policy covers this website. It does not cover the protected health information we handle for client practices — see Patient information below.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, practice name, email address, phone number, the number of providers in your practice, and whatever you write in the message field.
- What gets measured automatically. Google Analytics records which pages are viewed, roughly which part of the world the visit came from, the device and browser used, and which site or search sent you here. It arrives aggregated, and we cannot pick you out of it.
Why we collect it
- To answer your question, and — if it goes well — to start a conversation about your practice.
- To see which pages are genuinely useful, so we can improve the ones that are not.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Patient information
Please do not send patient information through this website. No patient names, dates of birth, member IDs, or anything else that counts as protected health information. The contact form is not built for it. PHI we handle on behalf of client practices is governed by HIPAA and by the Business Associate Agreement we sign with each practice — not by this policy.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how the site is used. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings and the site will work exactly the same. We run no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking beyond that.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions stay with us for as long as we need them to respond, and longer where a working relationship follows and our records require it. Analytics data follows Google’s standard retention schedule. If you would like your inquiry deleted, ask and we will delete it.
Your choices
Email info@irmedicalbilling.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
